Coordinate country-level gap analyses, support implementation plans, and perform targeted health checks to validate actual application rather than paper compliance. Responsible for the execution and continuous strengthening of the regional Quality Assurance Program (QAP) across the EMEA network, ensuring audit and inspection activities are conducted consistently, effectively, and in alignment with regional priorities.
Support and, where appropriate, co-execute internal audit activities related to Quality and operational standards, particularly in countries with lower maturity, first-time audit exposure, or elevated risk profiles. Ensure that audit findings lead to robust root cause analysis, effective corrective and preventive actions, and verified closure.
Ensure that QAP audits, follow-ups, and corrective action reviews appropriately cover applicable customer-specific requirements and supplier-related quality requirements, in alignment with regional standards and governance. Support integrated management system alignment while respecting defined ownership boundaries of other system elements.
Country Support & Capability Execution
Act as a primary regional execution support layer for Country Quality Managers, providing structured support to improve consistency, capability, and effectiveness of Quality execution across the region.
Support the rollout and follow-up of Director-led capability and maturity initiatives by driving execution of agreed actions at country level. Provide targeted coaching and structured follow-up to strengthen governance, audit quality, and problem-solving discipline. Identify recurring systemic weaknesses across the network and escalate themes and risks to regional Quality leadership to enable proactive intervention.
