π’ We are looking for our next SPECIAL SERVICES AGENT to join the PREFERRED SERVICES β AIRPORTS team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for caring for the end-to-end experience of Special Services passengers, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

π Thereβs no routine hereβevery day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
β Providing full face-to-face assistance to Special Services passengers throughout their journey.
β Ensuring an excellent end-to-end passenger experience, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
β Anticipating, managing, and resolving operational contingencies and service disruptions in a timely manner.
β Supporting passengers during key airport processes and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
π― What do you need to take off in this role?
β Degree in Tourism or a related field.
β At least 2 years of experience in customer service or the airport industry.
β Experience working in an airport environment.
β Knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
β We need you to have an advanced level of English and Spanish. If you got this far, weβre flying in the same direction!
