What You’ll Do
Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:
- Use airbrushes, HVLP spray guns, screening tables, gun washing equipment, paint booths, measuring equipment and ovens
- Perform spraying of clear coat, paint on fronts and backs, paint for finals, paint I, paint on Avionics, paint on GDLS
- Perform screening on panels, metal, and GDLS
- Balance INCN and EL panels, Avionics product, and GDLS
- Perform all sanding and flipping tasks
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production
- Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
- Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed
- Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required

Compensation
$18.50-$24.50/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
