What you’ll be doing
Leading capital projectsfrom early scoping to handover
Managing budgetswith transparency and confidence
Engaging stakeholdersand ensuring every voice is heard
Championing complianceacross CDM, H&S and Chorus II
Supporting bids and business casesas a trusted SME
Driving continuous improvementin how we deliver projects
Overseeing small worksand maintaining a “no surprises” culture
What you’ll bring
Experience delivering major construction or fit‑out projects
A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
