Airbus Commercial Aircraft / Buyer within Procurement Cabin for Aftersales / Toulouse, France
A new opportunity has arisen as Buyer within Procurement Cabin for Aftersales (siglum PCRS) to accompany STC Solutions growth in America. Come and join the Cabin Procurement Aftermarket Team (PCR), a truly multicultural team located in Hamburg, Toulouse, Lisbon and Montreal supporting the Airbus Customer Services activities. The new buyer position has arisen in the PCRS team accountable for Procurement activities for the STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) Solution Programme department and the ACJ (Airbus Corporate Jet) department.
STC Solutions Programme is an integrated team including Engineering, Airworthiness, Programme, Quality, Procurement and Logistics which values One Team, One Goal. STC Solutions Programme and its contributors (including PCRS) delivers Cabin and Cabin Systems Upgrade solutions certified through Airbus STC, to airlines and lessors for the modification of their in-service aircrafts, through dedicated: Team, Processes, Suppliers and Means (dedicated Kit Factory).

Your challenges:
- Lead Sourcing & Tender Operations: Define sourcing strategies to support STC Solutions growth, launch Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and lead Call for Tender (CFT) processes from supplier selection to contract signature.
- Negotiate Commercial & Contractual Terms: Negotiate optimal purchasing conditions in line with company requirements, secure contract updates, and manage commercial terms during in-service issues to minimize financial exposure.
- Manage Contracts & ERP Data: Monitor contract application throughout its lifecycle, secure timely Non-Recurring Costs (NRC) purchase order creation, and ensure accurate price loading in SAP/AMOS.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent Procurement within Sub-Multifunctional Teams (Sub-MFTs) to align line-fit and after-sales strategies, and coordinate procurement contributions for before-sales business quotations.
- Monitor Supplier Performance: Partner with Procurement Operations to qualify new suppliers, monitor performance through key KPIs, and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Your boarding pass:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Procurement, supplier management, or a sourcing environment (experience in Customer Services and/or Contract Management is an advantage).
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a technical background on the Cabin perimeter, or Cabin Engineering with a business background.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial agreement monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in handling ERP systems (SAP/AMOS is a plus).
- Negotiation level of English is required.
