📢 We are looking for our next KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the Commercial Management Team in New York, United States. You will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with LATAM’s most strategic customers, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business development. By acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you will ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies, maximize market share, and contribute to the expansion of LATAM’s value proposition across key accounts.

- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business partnerships.
- Achieve sales and market share targets by identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored value propositions.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and account plans, ensuring alignment with LATAM’s short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, and the Delta Joint Venture to maximize business opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze and optimize portfolio performance through sales, market share, and customer insights, leading business reviews, action plans, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Hold a professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or similar.
- It is essential that you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- If you are highly proficient in Google Workspace you are already one step ahead because it is very important for this position!
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- You must have an advanced level of Spanish and English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
