Trade Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
The Trade Marketing Executive sits between the easyJet holidays Trade team and Marketing team, connecting the two to make sure our travel agency partners have everything they need to sell our holidays confidently and effectively.
The Marketing team manages the full spectrum of easyJet holidays marketing activity, from brand awareness through to traffic acquisition. The Trade team manages relationships with travel agency partners, growing the trade as a distribution channel. Your job is to bring those two worlds together.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the Trade Marketing Manager, you'll support the development and delivery of trade marketing plans that inform, inspire and encourage travel agents to sell more easyJet holidays across email, social media, trade press and beyond. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing our trade Facebook group, currently reaching 8,000 members, and working with the B2C social team to align and maximise content
- Supporting the management of agency consortia joint marketing plans, building relationships with key contacts, signing off activity and reviewing post-campaign results
- Assisting with day-to-day trade media partnerships, including the travel trade press
- Maintaining the marketing calendar across social, trade media and partner channels
- Working with our in-house studio and agency partners to create content for campaigns, and producing owned channel assets for agency partners including POS, email and social
- Supporting the creation of presentations and assets for the trade sales team to use at meetings, conferences and events
- Assisting in the planning and hosting of monthly B2B webinars with the Trade Distribution Managers
- Carrying out competitor analysis to understand our position within the trade
- Supporting new product and route launch plans and contributing to the marketing strategy blueprint
- Occasionally travelling to trade conferences to manage our presence and on-the-ground activations
What You'll Bring To The Team
- At least two to three years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, either client or agency-side — travel industry experience is preferred
- A good understanding of the marketing campaign process from planning and briefing through to production and measurement
- Experience working across multiple channels, including social media, and confidence using Meta Business Suite
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Good creative judgement and the ability to brief and review content effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
