Basic Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive management (Director level or above)
- Thorough knowledge of systems applications such as MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom
- Experience creating executive level presentations
- Demonstration of leadership attributes to address executive’s needs, the surrounding work environment, and customer interfaces/requests
- Strong organizational, coordination, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to manage fast-paced environments, operate under pressure, produce timely communications, and maintain strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong initiative
Job Description
This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

THE WORK
Executive Administrative Assistant to the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems legal department, including support to the Vice President and General Counsel of Rotary and Mission Systems.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the executive's needs and the surrounding work environment, performing a variety of administrative duties and normal office functions, while interfacing with executive level leaders and addressing customer needs. You will be required to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities In This Role Include The Following
- Proactively managing and maintaining calendars and meeting scheduling
- Composing correspondence, creating spreadsheets, and preparing presentation charts
- Maintaining files and SharePoint and other websites and department communication channels
- Arranging executive travel and ensuring timely completion of expense reports
- Coordinating in-person, hybrid and remote meetings and conferences, to include preparation, logistics, and presentation details
- Managing the logistical requirements for senior leader visits
- Effectively interfacing, coordinating, and collaborating with other internal Executive Assistants
- Answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls and screen inquiries
- Proactively follow through on tasks and delegations
