Overview:
As Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Title:
Associate Engineer - Manufacturing
Job responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Interact with US counterparts / customers to understand requirements etc.
- Work with Engineering / Design teams to define specifications, requirements, drawings for jigs / fixtures / equipment / machines required for the product line.
- Train and develop recruited operators to desired level of skill and competency
- Develops designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, conferring with equipment vendors.
- Create process flows, process requirements (jigs, fixtures, equipment’s, machines, consumables etc.), and manufacturing work instruction for product.
- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources, interact with vendors for the procurement, installation, verification, and validation of all items required for setting up the product line
- Perform capacity analysis to define the resources required for meeting customer demand volumes.
- Circuit card Level analysis and address the issue permanently by involve all the CFT team including customer and supplier.
- Organized and disciplined with excellent time management practices that prioritize work correctly and provide accurate completion dates to management
- Develops collaborative partnerships with Cross Function Team and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing engineering or Electro Mechanical.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, welding, and fabrication.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
