Category Specialist - EFM under

Provide executional support for sub-category procurement by compiling data for category strategy, assisting in sourcing activities, maintaining contract records, and supporting supplier performance reviews.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support analytics for category strategy
- Compile and analyze spend, demand, and supplier data, preparing forecasts and reports for Category Lead decisions
- Conduct market research (e.g., pricing, supplier trends) to inform category strategie
Business partner coordination
- Assist Category Lead in gathering requirements and documenting feedback from business users and specifiers
- Support coordination activities with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring follow-up is tracked
- Support sourcing operations
- Prepare RFx documentation, collect supplier inputs, and record bids, ensuring accurate evaluation materials
- Compile and format supplier comparison data for Category Lead review
- Support contract administration
- Maintain and update contract records and trackers, monitoring renewals and obligations
- Assist with compliance checks by preparing reports and escalation notes
- Support supplier management
- Compile supplier performance data against KPIs and prepare materials for review meetings
- Coordinate with Procurement Ops and CoE to support onboarding and evaluation processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above: Procurement, Business, IT, Economics, Engineering preferred
- 5+ years procurement or related analytical roles
- Category / market knowledge
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Communication & interpersonal

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
