The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Coordination of all areas of the company or the MRO network to meet the milestones of the assigned projects. That includes full QCD (Quality, Cost and Delay) responsibility for assigned projects. Position with a high level of visibility, requires a high level of good internal and external communication as well as execution and monitoring of projects with teams in a functional matrix manner
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the development plan in line with performance, quality, delivery and cost commitments
- Handle risk provision and manage risk reduction and opportunity optimization plans
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Responsible for supervising and lead all the functional representatives needed for the assigned projects
- Able to use change management tools and make them a factor for success
- Prepare project related documentation (Scope of Work, Cost Estimates, Schedules)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Advance English skills
- Previous experience in planning or managing projects, as well as, the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teams
- Proficient with MS Project
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to plan, influence and execute
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
