About The Role
As a Corporate Finance Sr Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing Viva’s debt portfolio and supporting strategic financing initiatives. You will work closely with financial institutions, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure compliance with financing agreements, optimize debt administration processes, and contribute to the execution of new financing transactions that support the company’s long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the company’s financial debt portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory obligations related to financing agreements.
- Coordinate and oversee payments associated with financings and related services.
- Prepare and provide financial information to financial institutions and internal and external stakeholders.
- Address compliance requirements and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Provide support in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new financing transactions.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in corporate finance, debt management, or related financial functions.
- Experience in the aviation industry, financial institutions, or banking is considered an advantage.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
