CAMO Engineer
Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working [2 days in the office, 3 days from home])
Salary: £45,000 per annum + £3,000 AOG Shift Premium

CAMO Engineer to join their team in London.
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded operator within the business aviation sector, managing a growing fleet of large-cabin aircraft and continuing to expand its operations across international markets. The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), supporting the airworthiness and maintenance management of a modern business jet fleet. The position involves close collaboration with maintenance providers, flight crews, and operational teams to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and aircraft availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities across the fleet.
- Support long-term maintenance planning and defect rectification programmes.
- Provide AOG support and coordinate maintenance recovery actions when required.
- Perform continuing airworthiness activities, including AD and SB assessment and implementation.
- Oversee maintenance programme compliance and reliability monitoring activities.
- Liaise with maintenance organisations, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UK CAA and applicable Part-CAMO regulatory requirements.
- Support fleet operational requirements, including occasional international travel.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a CAMO or continuing airworthiness environment ideal, but not required.
- Understanding of Part-CAMO and Part-M regulatory requirements (UK CAA/EASA).
- Experience in maintenance planning, defect management, and airworthiness review activities.
- Knowledge of CAMP and/or CMP maintenance tracking systems would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment, particularly during AOG situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice when operationally required.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
