About The Role
As a Labor Relations Sr Analyst you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR teams on labor relations matters, support the management of workplace investigations and employee relations cases, and contribute to labor compliance initiatives. You will play a key role in mitigating labor risks, supporting operational continuity, and strengthening relationships with employees, unions, and labor authorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized labor relations guidance to business leaders, HRBPs, and operational teams on labor, disciplinary, organizational, and union-related matters, promoting the proper application of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies, while helping mitigate organizational risks.
- Coordinate and conduct workplace investigations arising from employee complaints, regulatory non-compliance, labor disputes, or potential violations of corporate policies, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions aligned with company guidelines.
- Manage critical labor processes related to disciplinary actions, administrative records, labor agreements, employee terminations, organizational restructures, and other labor procedures, ensuring legal compliance and institutional consistency.
- Participate in the management of relationships with labor unions and employee representatives by following up on agreements, consultations, joint labor committees, and activities derived from collective bargaining agreements.
- Support the implementation of labor compliance initiatives, audits, labor authority requirements, and regulatory reforms by identifying labor risks and proposing preventive actions that help reduce legal and operational contingencies.
- Monitor labor law reforms, regulatory developments, and labor authority criteria, assessing their impact on business operations and coordinating the implementation of initiatives, policies, and processes that ensure legal compliance and effective labor risk mitigation.
