About the role
Join a high-performing payroll team where accuracy, trust, and impact matter. This Payroll Officer role puts you at the centre of ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, every time. You’ll work across systems like IFS, collaborate with HR and Finance, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with employment and KiwiSaver legislation.
This is more than processing payroll; it’s about delivering a seamless employee experience. You’ll bring a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, you'll build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to enhance processes, and help deliver a consistent, accurate, and compliant payroll service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a meaningful impact, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.
About you
