Be responsible for engineering support for new product transfer, process introduction and mass production, meet the related requirement.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
Develop new processes for new or improved products.
Lead yield and productivity continuous improvement for manufacturing process.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for localization part.
Compile and update manufacturing process documentation.
Analyze and resolve process/equipment related defects.
Lead PFEMA to address potential risks and elimination solutions.
Follow up and manage MEM and ECN and ensure BOM & standard hours accuracy.
Provide process and product application related training to production operators.
Support the verification of new machines and automation introductions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS degree in electromechanical/mechanical design or equivalent is preferred.
Relevant experience in rubber molding/manufacturing is preferred.
Three years’ (or above) experience working in an engineering department involved in new productsintroduction or process engineering or product engineering for
Design experience in Auto CAD, Pro E or Solid works.
Sound knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, technical report writing, and scientific test methods.
Working knowledge of mass production processes, materials, tooling and equipment.
Concept of the knowledge of project management and related software.
Knowledge in process management such as PFMEA & FA.
Relevant experience in the development and introduction of automated equipment.
