HR Generalist – Manufacturing Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a HR Generalist for our client’s operation in near Maryville, TN. This is a contract position and fantastic opportunity to gain exposure with a Fortune 500 industry leader. Pay Rate: $35-37/hr .BOE The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting policies and programs covering most, if not all, of the following functions within Human Resources with primary focus on the factory hourly population: talent acquisition and onboarding, employee orientation, employee recognition programs, corrective actions, and investigations.
