Key Responsibilities Lead AI adoption programs across engineering and delivery teams. Define and execute adoption, enablement, and change management strategies. Partner with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to identify productivity improvement opportunities. Manage program planning, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. Track adoption, usage, productivity, and business value metrics. Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure successful realization of program objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale AI-driven solutions. Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across teams. Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technology Transformation, or related roles. Experience leading large-scale technology adoption or transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and engineering practices. Experience driving adoption of developer productivity, automation, or AI-powered solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of Generative AI, AI adoption frameworks, and change management practices.
