This role is on the Ancillary Offers team under the Digital Customer Experience Organization. The Ancillary team is responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of American’s portfolio of Ancillary products including Bags, Seats, Instant Upsell, and more. This team works closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to implement new technology, improve the customer experience, and significantly contribute to American’s profitability by optimizing passenger revenue throughout the customer journey. Successful candidates will be comfortable delving into technical topics, producing thoughtful analysis, and driving work to meet objective-based outcomes.
