Jet Aviation invites you to lead our PMO function from Basel and take ownership of Airbus and Boeing project execution. As our current leader moves into a new internal opportunity, we are looking for an inspiring and results-driven successor ready to elevate program performance, strengthen customer trust, and help define the next chapter of operational excellence in business aviation.
Your Role
- Lead Airbus and Boeing Program Execution with Excellence: Oversee all Airbus and Boeing projects with full accountability for financial performance, on-time delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic direction across a complex maintenance, refurbishment and upgrade project portfolio and ensure consistent execution at the highest standard.
- Drive Strategic Program Leadership Across the Basel Site: Lead project planning, resource allocation, staffing, supply chain coordination, subcontractor management, and issue resolution across Basel Site Operations. You will work closely with operational teams and matrixed regional and global support functions to advance the site roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own Customer and OEM Relationships at a Senior Level: Serve as the key point of accountability for customer relationships across Airbus and Boeing programs while managing the OEM relationship in connection with the service center network and applicable agreements. You will act as a trusted partner and first point of escalation for key matters on site.
- Strengthen Governance, Performance, and Predictability: Apply strong program management principles, standards, and methodologies across the organization. By leveraging milestones, early warning indicators, and Earned Value Management, you will proactively manage schedule, cost, budget, and resource risks.
- Build a Culture of Excellence and Trust: Promote a culture of trust, integrity, alignment, transparency, and high performance in line with Jet Aviation values. You will also ensure compliance with applicable laws, aviation regulations, and relevant company policies while representing Jet Aviation internally and externally with professionalism and credibility.
