As our new HR Generalist, you'll be involved in the entire employee journey—from attracting new talent to supporting managers and helping employees grow within our organisation.
What you'll do
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for blue- and white-collar employees as well as managers.
• Build strong talent pipelines and create an outstanding candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and help new colleagues get off to a great start.
• Support managers with performance reviews, talent development and employee growth.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and represent Swissport at job fairs and networking events.
• Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve our HR processes across Brussels and Liège.
What we're looking for
• At least 2 years of HR experience, including hands-on recruitment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• A proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work regularly from both our Brussels and Liège locations.
