Job Summary
We are looking for AMTs/AME professionals who have successfully cleared DGCA AME modules to join our Faculty team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training, mentoring students, and ensuring compliance with DGCA-approved training standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for AME students.
- Deliver technical instruction on DGCA AME modules and aviation maintenance subjects.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to students.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and lesson plans.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and assessment reports.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA-approved training standards and institute policies.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma, AME, B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Avionics, or related disciplines.
- Freshers with all DGCA AME modules cleared are welcome to apply.
- Candidates holding B1.1, B1.2, or B2 modules will be preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and aviation regulations.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
