- Job Purpose
- Carry out Aircraft maintenance and certification as per defined regulatory and company standards.
- Perform as technical functionary in Engineering Services
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize the available manpower in the shift and ensure aircraft serviceability to meet operating schedule requirements.
- Carry out team briefing on the assigned aircraft.
- Plan and rectify observed discrepancies on the aircraft to meet Airworthiness and company standards.
- Carry out and certify aircraft maintenance work, as required.
- Ensure AMOS and related documentation is updated.
- Coordinate with station – Incharge for manpower and equipment planning.
- Ensure that the individual’s respective authorization remains valid at all time.
- Maintain and improve knowledge in respect to the aircraft, its system and equipment, the civil aviation requirement of India and company policy.
- Ensure awareness of company operating procedures and fully understand the Quality and technical reporting system.
- Mandatory occurrence reporting.
- Return of serviceable and unserviceable component back to stores.
- Ensure proper Shift Hand Over to the incoming shift.
- Guide, mentor and train the Junior staff.
- Support, nurture and develop the team members skills.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.

- 2 years of hands-on Maintenance Experience on Transport Category aircraft in a scheduled airline.

- 3 years on Narrow Body (A320 Family) and/or on Wide Body (B777 & B787).
