Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and driven candidates to join our programme team as senior program development executive or assistant manager, with a focus on programme development and management in aircraft interiors and engineering solutions programs.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, an ability to strategize and implement sales and marketing initiatives, and a track record of program execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the development and implementation of targeted sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and eventual formulation of sales proposal for potential leads.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes and identify areas of unmet customer needs.
- Create go-to-market customer engagement strategy and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Respond to customers’ Request for Proposals (RFPs), working with various stakeholders to finalise a comprehensive and winning response to customers’ RFP.
- Devise and propose pricing strategies to capture sales.
- Manage captured programs to ensure successful delivery.
- Plan & organise marketing events to promote organization's products and services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, business management, or aviation related field with 3 to 5 years working experience. Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the aviation industry will be highly advantageous.
- Strong aptitude and ability to appreciate aircraft or aviation related engineering concepts and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different functional or cultural teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
