JSG is hiring a QC Test Technician for our client in Cypress, CA. Pay rate: $18-$20 Skills: Experience in electronics testing experience or certification or similar proof of education in testing electronics. Loading and unloading miniature electronic components onto test cards and fixtures. Safely connect and disconnect sensitive electronics from test equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. Operation and performance of tests on network analyzers, phase noise testers, and perform jitter analysis on oscilloscopes. Safely load test cards and fixtures into ovens, test chambers, and other similar test chambers. Manual and automated electrical and environmental testing of sensitive hybrid electronic assemblies. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline, or Associate’s Degree in Electronics or other technical discipline, or High School Diploma or GED. Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches). Must be able to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Proficient with computers, including using software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Advanced knowledge of performance parameters related to crystal oscillators, such as frequency, frequency stability, voltage, and current.
