GOOSE Recruitment is partnering with a growing aviation operator in Malta to recruit a
Senior IT Systems Manager.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day IT environment while helping shape future technology strategy, improve business systems, and drive the adoption of AI and automation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and users
- Administer Microsoft 365, networks, devices, and cybersecurity processes
- Lead user onboarding, support, and system improvements
- Manage external IT suppliers and service providers
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business departments
About You - Experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or IT management
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Experience with Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a practical, hands-on approach
- Exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable
