OE Field Engineer (Mechanical & Avionics)
Responsibilities
• Support continuing airworthiness through evaluation of OEM and airworthiness authority data.
• Assess changes to aircraft maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Perform engineering studies, system assessments, and reliability monitoring.
• Support aircraft incident investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present maintenance reviews and modification proposals.
• Evaluate Engineering Assistance Request Notes (EARNs) and provide engineering recommendations.
• Generate aircraft weight and balance reports.
• Liaise with aircraft and systems OEMs to resolve technical issues.
• Provide engineering support for day to day aircraft operations.
• Work in secure military bases and provide after hours operational support on need basis.
Qualifications
• Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Structures Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Preferred Experience
• Military aircraft systems and maintenance environments.
• Airworthiness and regulatory processes.
• Electrical, avionics, mechanical, or structural aircraft systems.
Skills

• Analytical, proactive, and solution oriented.
• Able to work in secure and operationally sensitive environments.
