Job Description
- Should have acquired thorough knowledge of Organisational Policy and Procedures such as MOE, CAME, MTOE, TPM, ETPM, WSM & QAM.
- Review the Credentials received for new vendor for administered on AVL.
- Review the new Audit Check List prepared based on the new/ revised guidelines issued by the DGCA, Updated Company procedures or International Standards such as IATA MNTs or set-up of new facility within the IGO.
- Perform the audit as per monthly audit duties meticulously and assess any hidden risk.
- Review of the audit corrective action submitted by the Auditee and Check for correct Root cause analysis and the preventive action and corrective actions are taken properly to prevent repetition of findings.
- Complete the audit check list in the AMOS QA-Module for audit executed.
- Upload systematically all the evidences received during the audit.
- Prepare the audit closure report and intimate the Auditee for satisfactory closure of the audit.
- He should carry out the audit as per audit Protocol i.e. Prior to start of audit, audit briefing is conducted and then post conduct of audit, audit debriefing is made.
- Carry out Spot Audit as and when the audit manager assigns the duties.
- He/ she should prepare and submit to the Sr.Manager the Monthly Audit Forecast.
- Carry out the Vendor audit, MRO scheduled audit, Prestart audit for new up-coming station.
- Carry out diligently the scope enhancement audit of existing station.
- Carry out Station SRA audit along with Flight Safety team.
- Carry out Fuel vendor audit.
- Prepare the Agenda PPT for the Accountable Manager Six monthly meeting.
- Devise any creative continuity plan to check the audit plan is effective and in line with the organization's objectives.
