Title:  Engineer-Commercial Estimation & Costing (Changi)

Responsibilities:

• To perform commercial duties (costing and sales) for maintenance works involving clients’ vessels and assets
• Prepare accurate, realistic and timely quotations & costing for enquires/jobs requests from clients

• To liaise with SRM/Production for the jobs awarded 
• To source for sub-contractors and specialist jobs and labour intensive works

• To liaise job quotation between owner’s rep and yard Production
• Prepare monthly contract-out jobs status on maintenance order
• To register new subcontractor into the system and update the status when necessary.
• To generate subcontractor’s work order upon PO confirmation from clients.

• To liaise with SRM/Production for the jobs awarded from clients

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Able to read and understand technical requirements and documents
• Familiar in negotiation with subcons and vendors
• Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Meticulous and comfortable with large amount of admin work
• Willing to work in Changi, with company transport provided
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered for this position
