Johnson Service Group is looking for an Electronics Assembly Technician with experience in PCB assembly, SMT and Thru-Hole rework, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting. This role will support production by assembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing electronic assemblies to meet customer specifications. Responsibilities: Perform PCB assembly, rework, and touch-up of SMT and Thru-Hole boards. Set up and operate electronic manufacturing equipment, including SMT, soldering, inspection, and test equipment. Perform lead and lead-free soldering, component handling, and mechanical assembly. Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions. Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect disposition, and repairs. Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain production records and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or related field. Experience with SMT/Thru-Hole soldering and rework. Ability to read schematics and technical documentation. Proficient with hand tools and electronic assembly processes.
