Manager Maintenance Control
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Maintenance Control to lead and oversee the daily operations within our Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) to ensure the highest standards of aircraft safety and compliance. This crucial role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on operational performance to achieve optimal aircraft availability, reliability, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operation activities, ensuring all are performed per the maintenance schedule and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and local aviation regulations.
- Collaborate with the planning department to develop and optimize maintenance schedules, ensuring aircraft availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to continuously improve maintenance operations.
- Manage and optimize the maintenance budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster digital innovation to optimize performance and operational capabilities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of maintenance professionals.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and service providers.
