Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust experimentation strategy aligned with Cebu Pacific's business goals and passenger needs.
• Collaborate with the appropriate teams in planning, designing, scheduling, and implementing experiments
• Works closely with the Data Team from ISD, ensuring alignment of strategies within the Data and Analytics teams.
• Pinpoint areas for experimentation across various aspects, including website optimization, pricing strategies, in-flight experiences, and more.
• Craft rigorous AB tests and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical validity and minimizing bias.
• Design and build dynamic dashboards that showcase operational performance in a clear and actionable way.
• Ensure that data definition and sourcing is consistent across the various requirements
• Manage and maintain our experimentation platform and toolkit, guaranteeing seamless test execution and data collection.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of experiments, collaborating with teams across the organization.
• Translate experiment results using statistical methods and interpret data to draw actionable recommendations.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree - ideally, in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, data science
• At least 4-7 years of relevant experience in leading and managing reporting and insights functions in an experiments / AB-testing / hypothesis testing role.
• Proficient in setting up experiments, AB-tests, hypothesis tests, and leveraging experiment platforms
• Proficient in statistical programming tools – R Programming, Python programming
• Proficient in spreadsheets, database programming, and in automation / batch job scheduling – Microsoft Excel, SQL, bat files and Task Scheduler
• Proficient in visualization tools - PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, ShinyApps
• Proficient in cloud tools - AWS, Azure, GCP
• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical tools, and visualization techniques.
• Experience in building and designing interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage audiences with complex data insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and lead people.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Note: This position is an Individual Contributor role and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
