Tasks
Be part of our worldwide community with its heart in Basel where our team focuses on the most complex, sensitive, and important customers. In Basel, we are also home of the legal team supporting the LH Group lawyers defending legal claims against SWISS and Lufthansa.
- Handle written complaints from the beginning to the end and make a guest happy again.
- Assist our Lead team and Experts with various short- and long-term assignments.
- Take over administrative tasks for the department leads.
- Support our legal teams with various tasks e.g. proceeding payments.
- Develop own ideas for improvement and participate in projects.

Requirements
If you like the challenge of using your excellent communication and analytical skills to make a customer fly SWISS again or assist lawyers in researching facts to a legal claim, you are the right person.
Since we are a diverse team of 30, it would be great if you were a friendly, helpful and positive person with a hands-on approach.
- Workload Specification: For this position, a 70%-100% workload is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Tourism or in similar field of study
- German and English fluently spoken and written, French or Italian is an asset.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
