Job Purpose:
As a Data Science and AI Specialist, you will develop AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions that generate business value and improve decision-making. Build and maintain predictive models, uncover insights from complex data, and identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization. Partner with business and technical teams to drive AI adoption, data-driven culture, and the successful execution of the enterprise Data & AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Data & Analytics Program Manager in delivering outcomes for all assigned portfolios.
▪ Ensure data quality, accuracy, and enrichment across datasets within the scope of ED&A responsibilities.
▪ Serve as a subject matter expert for AI and data modeling initiatives across ED&A portfolios.
▪ Design and implement AI models and algorithms to automate analytics processes and identify trends, risks, and anomalies.
▪ Develop and maintain scalable data models that enable planning, forecasting, and reporting for various business domains.
▪ Facilitate effective communication between data engineering teams and portfolio stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
▪ Provide accurate and timely data and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across ED&A.
▪ Deliver actionable analysis based on AI outputs and data models to inform business strategies and portfolio objectives.
▪ Continuously improve existing models and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
▪ Ensure timely and prioritized deliverables by applying agile methodology. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and value creation across all EDA portfolios.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Essential
▪ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
▪ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages for data analysis, machine learning, AI model development, and data processing, plus familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for developing scalable data science and AI solutions
▪ Ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies and promote data literacy across teams.
▪ Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
▪ Experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management.
▪ Experience in preparing and giving presentations on business performance to middle and senior management.
