ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: 

We seek a Product Manager to work in our Border Management business unit. With the widest range of solutions to assist governments towards their optimum digitized and integrated border management system, you will manage one of our products and work alongside a team of 7 other product managers, reporting to the Head of Product Management for Border Management. You will have the opportunity to expand across several products within the Border Management portfolio.

As a Product Manager in the Border Management team, you will define the product vision and strategy, define and validate the value proposition and build compelling market propositions. You will be tasked to achieve the strategic financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the given product. This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of a product in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle. You will work closely with a Product Owner, who is responsible for development planning and delivery of the roadmap.
Our products incorporate the latest in IT, mobile and biometric technologies, to provide security to governments and a safe and seamless experience for travelers from home to destination, and back again. You will be accountable for solving domain specific challenges and implement the very best in technology to make all modes of transport easy, safe, and secure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Product Strategy, Value Proposition and Roadmap
· Product Innovation/Definition
· Business Performance Measurement Support including P&L and Customer Satisfaction
· Sales/Channel Strategy and Support
· Product Pricing Strategy
· Product Marketing Material
· Product Market Intelligence
· Product Life Cycle Management
· Supplier Management

WHO YOU ARE:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a significant product management function
· Track record of achieving Product revenue growth and of managing product P&Ls
· Experience of working in a matrix environment liaising with different teams to drive overall product success

· Experience of managing hardware products.
· Experience of market analysis to shape product strategy and drive product creation

· B-2-B or ideally B-2-G (government) product experience 
· Knowledge of Product Management methodologies and experience building business cases to support investment through business approvals
· Confidence and strong presentation skills to be able to evangelize products and solutions to customers and audiences
· Experience in air transport industry and/or delivery to public sector customers highly desirable
· Experience working in selling environments where customers procure through structured, competitive procurement processes
