Cargo Customer Service and Operations Officer

We are searching for a Customer Service and Operations Officer to join our brilliant Cargo Sales team.

Air New Zealand continues to lead the field in Air Transport, carrying not only passengers, but a wide range a cargo across the globe. From technology and time-sensitive goods to fresh produce and general freight, the Air New Zealand International Cargo team moves tons of goods worldwide and are renowned for our exceptional customer service delivery.

To further enhance the success of our International Cargo business we are seeking an exceptional Customer Service and Operations Officer to join our Hong Kong based team.

Reporting to Cargo Customer Service and Operations Manager Greater China, key focus of the role will be to provide outstanding customer service through the handling of cargo bookings and contribute towards the achievement of regional sales and revenue targets. Focusing on generating and securing new business as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers will be critical to the success of this role.

To be considered you will have extensive customer experience. You previous cargo handling will be advantageous. You will be resilient- someone who can work in a rostered shift environment and can handle a variety of scenarios, in a proactive and task focused way. If you have a strong service focus, and a desire to enable the team to meet the sales targets we would like to hear from you!

You must have the ability to work and live permanently in Hong Kong and speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
