Minimum Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university
Experience: Overall Aviation experience of 8 years including 5 years in load control & CLC environment
Job Summary
To assist in handling and managing all aspects of Load and trim training and operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Plan and Prepare a training calendar for the Network.
Seek necessary approval from the local DGCA office for conducting training sessions.
Ensure all training requirements are complied with before the expiry of the training license.
Maintain all training records/test copies.
Keep updating circulars issued by DGCA/CAR and ensuring compliance.
Liaise with other internal departments and DGCA for company projects.
Identifying training needs; Designing and developing training programs.
To obtain computerized Load Sheet approval computed on company-approved software from DGCA.
Support analysis of Flight Dispatch fuel-saving projects
Assist HOD in regulatory and internal audits.
Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and assessments, to maintain and improve the quality of training programs and operations.
Investigate and identify root causes and share mitigation plans for Load & Trim related incidents.
Support the Chief Instructor in managing departmental resources effectively.
Represent the training department in meetings, forums, or events as directed by the Chief Instructor.
Assist in creating and maintaining the aircraft database within DCS, updating information such as weight & CG limits, fuel capacity, and other relevant parameters.
Skills Required
Self-starter and should be able to do multitasking
Should possess organizational & time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent command over MS Office
Managing & maintaining DCS is an added advantage
Certified load and trim trainer by DGCA
Experience in training on Boeing & Airbus narrow & wide-body fleet
Centralized load control unit handling experience
