Job Description Summary
- Tools & Fixture design and engineering associated with the aerospace manufacturing processes
- Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operation framework.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings.
- Designing jigs and templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts.
- Leading the T&F shop support team to deliver on time and quality support to production processes. Job Description
- Essential Responsibilities
- The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet established standards and customer quality expectations.
- Work with CFT team on setting up & improving processes.
- Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operation framework.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings.
- All aerospace Tools, trolley & Fixture management and maintenance
- Aerospace tooling experience in Detail part & assembly, Sheet metal.
- Managing tools and fixture in Kardex and racks as per TMS location
- Responsible for to give fixtures to production per there daily shift wise plan.
- Should handover correct fixture with all loses parts.
- Verify the drawings for spare development!
- Handover fixture to maintenance team

- RCA for failures and driving corrective actions
- Preventive maintenance check sheet Update
- Leverage Expertise in Tools and Fixtures to improve FTR of tools.
- Assistant Manager bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production /Tools Design- 3 to 6 Years Experience.
- Preferred to have PG certification in Tools & Fixture designs.
- Good Knowledge of Aerospace requirements, handling aerospace manufacturing Process, AS9100, quality documents, APQP requirements.
- High level of drawings/schematics/standards/GD&T understanding
- Proficiency in Lean, Unigraphics & MS Office
