Roles And Responsibilities
All aerospace Tools, trolley & Fixture management and maintenance
Aerospace tooling experience in Detail part & assembly, Sheet metal.
Managing tools and fixture in Kardex and racks as per TMS location
Responsible for to give fixtures to production per there daily shift wise plan.
Should handover correct fixture with all loses parts.
Verify the drawings for spare development!
Handover fixture to maintenance team

RCA for failures and driving corrective actions
Preventive maintenance check sheet Update
Leverage Expertise in Tools and Fixtures to improve FTR of tools.
Required Qualifications
Assistant Manager bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production /Tools Design- 3 to 6 Years Experience.
Preferred to have PG certification in Tools & Fixture designs.
Good Knowledge of Aerospace requirements, handling aerospace manufacturing Process, AS9100, quality documents, APQP requirements.
High level of drawings/schematics/standards/GD&T understanding
Proficiency in Lean, Unigraphics & MS Office
