Becoming the best airline is an adventure. And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects and initiatives to identify pricing and revenue management opportunities for an assigned region. Act as an advocate for the markets and conduct various analyses that help in maximizing revenue for the network.

  • Lead moderate to sophisticated projects with a focus on identifying future opportunities for revenue generation via evaluation of strategies, systems and conduct analysis that helps in detecting trends
  • Assist in cross functional department projects that require analysis and use of Revenue Management/Pricing data to help build understanding of the revenue impact of different strategies
  • Monitor and provide guidance to analysts in execution of initiatives and techniques to achieve optimal revenue performance in assigned region
  • Provide assistance in training, effective coaching and mentoring of new analysts, along with helping on recurrent training of existing analysts

What’s Needed To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s or relevant airline experience required
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL & PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Business Administration, Mathematics, Econ degrees
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with databases including Ticketing & Flown data, MIDT & ARC
  • Knowledge of Gemini and Airprice systems
