Process and Product Manager Ground Ops

Tasks

Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:

• Qualitative and commercial control of the global stations, taking into account the KPIs
• Control of operational procedures, standards, regulations, assessment of new (legal) regulations
• Ensuring that safety and audit findings are processed first and that necessary measures are analysed and initiated
• Analysis of process weaknesses and relevant KPIs. Deriving concrete measures for improvement, ensuring implementation
• Analysis and further development of processes and procedures and representation of the global wards in the definition and implementation of products and processes
• Adapting general processes into regional processes, taking into account local conditions and requirements
• Functional leadership of the station managers in operational matters
• Participate in other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

The ideal Process and Product Manager Ground Ops should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma / GED required
• College degree / vocational training required
• Bachelor's degree depending on analysis of local labor market and education systems in respective country
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Ground Operations required
• Leadership experience desirable
• High familiarity with Asian Airports and Culture strongly desirable
• English language required
• German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai language desirable
• Profound knowledge in aviation industry required
• Knowledge of airport procedures and processes required
• PC and airline specific supported software / tools including all MS Office programs: Altea, OneRes, Look, Turnaround Companion App, Tableau as expert
• Willingness to travel
