Job Description And Responsibilities

United is seeking a key team member to support its move to the ServiceNow platform. The Engineer/Lead Engineer will be a lead ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module and deliver products created in this module. The Engineer/Lead Engineer will also participate in project work – configuration, integration, and data.

  • Current ServiceNow Developer. Focus of the role is creating workflows and applications using ServiceNow HRSD
  • Release version is Tokyo with Utah in plan for 3Q, United plans to be near-current
  • Module emphasis will be HRSD; CSM and IRM experience is a plus
  • Develop and maintain HRSD module best practices and standards
  • Ensure security best practices are followed and correctly implemented
  • Design, implement and manage process automation
  • Project work as Agile team member

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years IT experience, 1+ years working on ServiceNow HRSD module
  • Portal, HRSD, Customer Service, Catalog, Integrations, Scrum, ATF (automated-test framework), JavaScript, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, Jira
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting projects
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Strong communication
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Rome+ experience for HRSD
  • ServiceNow Certifications
