This Representative – Airport Operations Training Quality Control role will be responsible for providing administrative support for operational training programs for Airport Operations. Key responsibilities include developing internal communications and presentations to be shared with operational leaders; critical thinking and storytelling with data; change management and process transformation.

Key Responsibilities
This Representative – Airport Operations Training Quality Control role will be responsible for providing administrative support for operational training programs for Airport Operations. Key responsibilities include developing internal communications and presentations to be shared with operational leaders; critical thinking and storytelling with data; change management and process transformation.
- Develop internal communications and presentations to be shared with multiple audiences at all leadership levels
- Assists in the scheduling of instructors for a variety of training programs
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend program enhancements
- Supports team leadership with administrative tasks associated with running their programs
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions at first point of contact
- Up to 25% travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Airport Operations/Airline Industry
