Tasks
In our Finance Transformation core team, you are part of the Transformation Management Office: you drive forward all topics relating to change and communication!
- Accompany our transformation across the board and support effective stakeholder management across all management levels
- Recognize and address communication needs: Support the creation of communication concepts that reach all employees along the change journey and take responsibility for driving measures through to implementation - from newsletters to events
- Contribute yourself and your strengths to the individual sub-project teams - with your focus on embedded, conceptual change and communication topics

- At least in the 3rd semester of the degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Internship duration between 4 and 6 months, individual start date as desired
- Degree in business administration, media and communication sciences or similar
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
