Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, International Co-Brand Loyalty Partnerships is a key part of the Co-Brand Loyalty team. This Senior Analyst reports to the International Manager, Co-Brand Loyalty Partnerships and will spend their time assisting in supporting the international initiatives for the International JetBlue Credit Card programs.

The Senior Analyst is a detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn the tools and skills necessary to grow as a Co-Brand Loyalty Partnerships professional. They will operate well independently and in a team setting, and are a self-starter driven by their interest in airlines, loyalty and credit card marketing. The Senior Analyst presents Co-Brand marketing campaigns clearly and effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate the structure and offerings of the International JetBlue Credit Cards programs, and recommend any necessary changes based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Works closely with the local agencies and business partners to develop acquisitions and spend campaigns
  • Works closely with Senior Analysts on Co-Brand and broader Loyalty Partnerships team supporting existing card member marketing, acquisition efforts and live channel programs
  • Compiles, tracks and analyzes program metrics and distribute monthly reports as needed
  • Ability to liaise with agencies and Co-Brand partners
  • Liaises with Customer Support teams as it relates to cardmember issues associated with the Co-Brand credit card program
  • Supports intl. Co-Brand team with cardmember and crewmember events
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
  • Three (3) years of airline, loyalty or marketing experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and be able to effectively manage deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills, amicable and professional demeanor
  • Project management/Communication skills
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must be in possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship


Preferred Experience And Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of analytics
  • Experience in the airline industry and loyalty programs, and/or financial services
  • Collaboration and teamwork is expected
  • Some Spanish fluency would be ideal

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Work from the office 3 days a week

  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

  • Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this position is between $64,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
