Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Brand Identity and Campaigns supports and drives the strategy, development, execution and ongoing management of JetBlue brand advertising and communication in the U.S. The Senior Analyst will focus on integrated campaign work and the crafting of storytelling around key JetBlue verticals. The Senior Analyst will support the day-to-day relationship with the creative agency and will work closely with other business partners and internal work groups (Brand Strategy, Media, Legal) in the development of JetBlue marketing and messaging.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support development of JetBlue marketing strategy, brand campaigns, activations and storytelling, inclusive of crafting briefs, evaluating concepts and creative, and providing feedback
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Paid Media, Brand Strategy and Personalization teams to support key initiatives and ensure cohesion across creative
  • Serve as day-to-day lead in management of agency relationships and JetBlue’s inter-agency team
  • Support Manager, Brand Advertising in securing stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the planning, development and execution phases of campaign development
  • Act as a “source of truth” for both the Brand Marketing team and broader cross-functional team on larger projects – ensuring (1) that all stakeholders are organized and in lockstep, and (2) that all communications are consistent and laddering up to the core strategy
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field preferred; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with the combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
  • Three (3) years of marketing/advertising experience
  • Deep understanding of brands and advertising campaigns
  • Deep understanding of new and emerging media opportunities
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally
  • Exposure and understanding of advertising and media planning process: from briefing/strategy, creative development, media planning, execution and reporting
  • Understanding of how to manage a budget
  • Creating and analyzing marketing metrics (tactics, budgets and return on investment (ROI))
  • Ability to effectively manage advertising agency and other business partners
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice
  • Ability to represent the JetBlue brand with senior business partners
  • Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship


Preferred Experience And Qualifications

  • Five (5) years’ marketing/advertising experience
  • Knowledge of travel industry and competitive landscape
  • Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Experience with nontraditional marketing tactics including activations, promotions and experiential


Crewmember Expectations:

  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice
  • Able to maintain a professional appearance
  • When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

  • Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))

Compensation:

  • The base pay range for this position is between $64,000.00 and $103,100.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
