The Role

Be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objectives, goals, and strategies. To ensure effective governance of the relationship and maximize long-term value for the company, its partners, and customers.


Responsibilities

  • Database creation for all online/ offline tour aggregators, large corporates, and tech companies in Malaysia and within APAC region.
  • Cold calling new banks, corporates, tour operators, online/offline travel aggregators and sending updates on the various launch, activities happening in the lounge.
  • Corporate sale and engagement with relevant departments to identify key people and set up meetings.
  • Communicating with existing clients on special launch, events happening in the lounge.
  • Develop and maintain broad and external partner relations with Travel Agencies, Ticket Aggregators, Hotels, Corporates etc.
  • Support the Alliance Manager in negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Support in developing and executing attainable strategy plans in accordance to the market need & build multi-level relationships with partners.
  • Maintain alliances with strategic partners and develop Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Build relationships with new alliance partners and develop new business.
  • To monitor prospecting activities and ensure extensive market coverage, prepare quotations and proposals for follow up.
  • To initiate new ideas for effective marketing and sales campaigns.
  • To undertake other jobs assigned by the superior and the management from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience of 2-3 years, in marketing, agency or corporate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay, with Chinese being a value-added.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, creating reports)
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task several projects at the same time
  • Positive attitude with a keenness to learn and the ability to rise to the challenge.
