The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Compliance & Controllership team:


What You Will Do

  • Responsible for Collins Aerospace Intercompany Accounting supporting the Avionics, Mission Systems, Interiors & CAS business segments.
  • Prepare and execute intercompany billings to deliver timely to RTX entities.
  • Communicate with business units to obtain and code invoices.
  • Prepare and record intercompany-related journal entries including expense reports.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by group leader.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Less than 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a related Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, good business acumen and ability to brief levels of management
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and database reporting skills
  • This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
  • Eligible candidates must reside within 50 miles of Farmington CT, Des Moines IA, Dallas-Fort Worth TX, or Tucson, AZ


Qualifications We Prefer

  • Operational Finance experience
  • Knowledge and reporting experience with SAP, JD Edwards, and HFM
  • Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.



This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
