Tasks

As a support employee for the Content Management System (m/f/d), you will ensure the smooth operation of the IT components used for the production of operational documentation.

• Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the implementation of content in the documentation, including XML editing, support meetings and workshops
• Planning and holding stakeholder meetings
• Using a content management system to update the content of the operations manuals
• Organizing development workshops and projects to improve the software
• Monitoring operational procedures, standards and regulations and identifying weaknesses
• Taking concrete measures to improve, analyze and further develop processes and procedures
• Analyzing and evaluating new legal regulations

Requirements

• University degree in economics, (industrial) engineering, information technology or similar
• Ideally experience with xml-based data processing
