Tasks

• You are responsible for leading projects to change and shape the future development of the voc. training
• Develop new and update existing training programs in line with current industry requirements
• Implement quality control procedures, verify its effectiveness and conduct evaluations for continuous Improvement
• Budget, control costs and manage the resources for an efficient implementation of projects
• Establish and successfully maintain partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and other relevant organizations
• Prepare reports on the progress of projects and achievement of educational objectives
• Implement new marketing strategies for apprentices
• Support the voc. training future-oriented and strategically
• Communicate with our internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship with work experience or a university degree in the technical field
• Professional experience in project management, ideally in vocational training
• Knowledge in business administration and change management is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident with MS Office and project management tools
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Future-oriented and a change management driver for exciting changes
