Key Accountabilities:
- Proactively secure new executive charter clients.
- Manage all flight aspects and lead the VIP Team to meet KPIs.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Negotiate deals with operators for best value.
- Ensure accurate client offers and timely follow-ups.
- Manage contract, insurance, and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Diploma in sales principles.
- 5+ years' experience in aviation sales/marketing.
- Experience managing teams and presenting strategies to senior management.
